A MOTHER has called for action after her daughter was attacked in a fast-food restaurant in Southend.
A video surfaced of a girl punching another girl and pulling her by her hair after threatening her and ordering her to “come outside”.
The disturbing footage, taken in McDonald’s, in Eastern Avenue, Southend, has sparked a “manhunt” for the violent teen.
Police have been informed of the incident.
The mother of the victim said: “My daughter is okay but can’t stop crying, she’s just a bit shocked. This girl needs to stop.
“She is 13 years old and is terrorising so many people.”
The mum added her daughter has been threatened by the yob before, including through abusive messages.
She added: “She has been terrorising other girls my daughter’s age. She is a nasty piece of work.”
A number of parents have since come together to give their children’s accounts of being targeted by the girl.
One parent said: “We had trouble with her too.
“My daughter was scared to go back to school after Christmas.”
Another parent posted: “My thoughts are with you and your daughter. I know what you are going through.”
Another mum said: “She is a nasty girl, she hit my daughter over Shoebury park on Wednesday and abused my partner, I hope your daughter is doing okay.”
The victim’s mum has reported the incident to Essex Police, but the force has not commented directly on it.
The footage has been viewed 12,000 times within 24 hours and had been shared almost 600 times.
