Police are appealing to trace two men in relation to a fatal shooting.

Grineo Daka, 27, from Stratford, was shot dead in Lea Bridge Road, Leyton, on July 7 last year.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A post-mortem examination that took place at Walthamstow mortuary two days later showed that the cause of death was a single gunshot.

Detectives investigating have now released two images of men who are wanted in connection with his death.

The first man is Jeton Krasniqi, 26, who was living in north London but has links to the Hertfordshire area.

Krasniqi was born in Kosovo and has been described as 6ft tall and of stocky build.

Mirsad Brahimi, 33, was also originally from Kosovo and has been described as 6ft 3ins tall and of slim build.

He was also living in north London and is known to have links to central and west London.

Police are offering a reward of £20,000 for information that directly leads to the conviction of these two men.

Detective Chief Inspector Mark Wrigley, who is leading the investigation, said: "While this investigation has made significant progress and one person is awaiting trial for the murder, I am still keen to speak to the two people shown in these images."

Anyone who sees either of the two men should not approach them, but immediately call 999.
