The NHS trust which manages Whipps Cross Hospital in Leytonstone today announced no new coronavirus deaths.
The trust, which has recorded the highest number of deaths in London, has seen 589 patients die since the start of the pandemic.
Neighbouring Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust (BHRUT), which manages King George Hospital in Ilford and Queen's Hospital in Romford, announced two deaths.
The smaller trusts' death toll is almost 200 lower than Barts', with only 403 recorded deaths since the start of the pandemic.
According to Public Health England, 363 people died from the virus yesterday.
This is a drop from Sunday's total of 545 deaths but still higher than late last week, when death tolls closer to 200 were reported.
This figure includes both those who die in hospitals and those in care homes and the community.
This week, both Waltham Forest and Redbridge's council leaders have insisted parents will not be fined if they keep their children home from school beyond June 1.
