Passengers can expect delays to train services all day because of damage to overhead wires.
National Rail says the wires have been damaged between Watford Junction and Willesden Junction - and as a result is causing disruption to services.
The delays are set to last until the end of the day, National Rail said.
The rail company says that trains between Watford Junction and London Euston may be delayed by up to 30 minutes, cancelled or revised.

Avanti West Coast are also running trains at a reduced service on routes between Manchester Piccadilly, Birmingham New Street and London Euston.
