CONCERNS were raised after screams were heard coming from a moving car.
Police are investigating reports about a small blue or black hatchback car being driven in Seaside Road, Eastbourne at 9.45pm on Sunday.
An appeal has been issued by Sussex Police who said: “We are investigating after a member of the public reported screaming coming from inside a moving vehicle in Eastbourne.”
Officers are looking to speak to the driver of a small blue or black hatchback vehicle seen driving along Seaside Road around 9.45 pm on Sunday.
It is thought the driver of the vehicle pictured may be able to assist with enquiries.
