The Guardian Series will publish an eight-page picture special of new starters at primary schools across East London and West Essex on Thursday.
It's been a slightly different start to the school year but we couldn't let our new annual supplement be undone by Covid so, with the help of each and every school listed below, it is now due to be published on Thursday.
