Help is at hand if you have yet to complete your UK Census form and live in Epping Forest.

Most people completed their UK Census by Sunday, March 21, but if you were unable to do so the extended deadline is April 30.

If you are struggling to fill it in or do not have access to a computer, Voluntary Action Epping Forest has joined forces with The Good Things Foundation to provide help.

The two charities are working together to run a telephone helpline and drop-in support service to help people complete the digital form before next week's deadline.

People can ring the helpline on 01992 564 208 and a trained adviser will help residents complete the form on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays between 9.30am and 3.30pm.

Alternatively, you can visit Oakwood Hill Community Centre, in Loughton, on Monday from 9.30am and 3.30pm and see an adviser.

People will also be able to see an adviser on Tuesday at Waltham Abbey Leisure Centre and Fridays at Ongar Leisure Centre.
