A YORK commercial property finance broker has been shortlisted in the Property Week Awards.
Ice3 Property Finance is a finalist for the Commercial Property Financier of the Year category alongside multinationals such as Aviva Investors, OakNorth Bank and Starwood Capital Group.
The awards toast the best of the UK's commercial property sector, and will be announced in November.
Tom Frank, pictured, Ice3 managing director, said:: "Getting shortlisted in this prestigious national award is testament to the great work our team performs across the UK on a wide variety of projects ranging from complexing bridging and structured commercial finance to residential development and portfolio financing."
Ice3 Property Finance was set up in 2017, focussing on providing funding advice and financial solutions to the property sector, and has worked on projects across York, including the new Malmaison hotel, and The Gas Works at Heworth Green, as well as in Leeds, Birmingham, London, Sheffield and Manchester.
