NOMINATIONS are being sought for Epping Forest District Council’s Citizen of the Year award.
The honour could go to someone who has shown outstanding courage, done something of great benefit to the community or who has shown extraordinary commitment, energy and effort in their particular field or towards achieving a particular goal.
The winner, who must live in the district, will receive their award at the annual civic reception next March.
Nomination forms are available from the Civic Offices, Epping, the council’s information deks at Loughton Library and Waltham Abbey Town Hall, or by ringing Pat Seager on 01992 564427 (Thursday and Friday only).
