A CHILDREN’S poetry event is to be held in Wanstead next month.
“SPIN” will be presented by performance poetry organisation Apples and Snakes and is to be held at Wanstead House on April 15.
The event will include a story-telling and poetry workshop and is part of the Redbridge Book and Media Festival.
It will also feature appearances from rappers, poets and story-tellers and is suitable for children aged four and up.
To begin at 2pm, entry is £4.75 or £2.50 for leisure pass holders.
