The Enfield-based North London Shotokan Karate Club brought home a number of medals from the US Open.
Lydie Luis came home with one silver and three bronzes, while Christine McNeill gained a silver and bronze. There was also a silver and bronze for Jemma Gumble and one silver for Jeremy Duckworth.
Meanwhile, the club's Natasha De Bono passed her 1st Kyu brown-belt grading. She will now be focusing on the new season, in which she will be competing at two international and 12 national competitions, before going for her black belt in December.
