TWO contenders for the Labour candidacy in the race to become the next mayor of London will visit the borough for a hustings event tomorrow night (June 16).
Former mayor Ken Livingston – who served two terms being being defeated to current mayor Boris Johnson – and his challenger Oona King will be at the meeting at Hainault Community Centre.
Sonia Klein, who lost out to Lee Scott MP when he was re-elected in Ilford North at the recent general election, is helping Ken Livingston with his campaign.
The event will take place at 7:30pm.
