THE Vestry House Museum's popular annual Apple Day festival takes place next Saturday (October 8).
Now in its 11th year, the family-friendly celebration of all things "appley" will feature a variety of events including apple bobbing, juice-making, juice tasting, peeling competitions and fruit-themed crafts.
Plenty of apples will also be available to eat, along with a cider bar.
It takes place between 11am and 4pm at the site in Vestry Road, Walthamstow.
The day is organised by the museum along with the Hornbeam Centre in Walthamstow, OrganicLea, and the Walthamstow Village Residents' Association.
Adults are encouraged to make a £1 donation for entry while all children are free.
