A FINAL request has been put out for residents to return their voter registration forms.
Over 6,500 households have yet to return their forms after they were first delivered in July.
The forms will be re-delivered on October 21 to be returned to the Electoral Registration Office by November 4, at the very latest.
Residents who fail to complete and return the forms may be unable to vote in elections and referendums until November 2012.
