LLOYD Park Children's Centre in Walthamstow has received a glowing report from Ofsted.
The facility, which is located in its namesake park, was rated 'outstanding' by the education watchdog in a report following an inspection in June.
The centre, which provides daycare, a pre-school, after-school clubs and other family support, was praised for its excellent care and "highly effective" outreach work in the community.
Its chief executive Pauline Thomas said: "this achievement is due to the dedication and commitment of the team - the staff, volunteers, parents and partners that work hard to ensure that the centre provides services that the local community want."
