News site Unilad has said a tax “situation” is being resolved.
A spokeswoman said the organisation has a “situation” with HM Revenue & Customs, and it is being “resolved quickly”.
HM Revenue & Customs officials have issued a petition to wind up a company linked to Unilad.
The petition, made in relation to Bentley Harrington Ltd, was considered by a specialist Companies Court judge at a hearing in London on Wednesday.
Judge Cheryl Jones adjourned the case and a further hearing is listed for October 31.
A Government website says Bentley Harrington Ltd trades as Unilad.
“Bentley Harrington Limited t/a Unilad” features on a Home Office internet list of organisations licensed to sponsor migrants.
Sam Bentley and Liam Harrington feature on a Companies House list of Unilad Ltd officers.
They also feature on a Companies House list of Bentley Harrington Ltd officers.
