West Ham United manager David Moyes believes he is acapable of managing any club in the world and is keen to prove his worth and London Stadium.

The Irons boss has masterminded an upturn in form in recent weeks, leading United to seven points from their last three games - a run which has seen them rise to 15th in the Premier League.

After torrid spells at Manchester United, Real Sociedad and Sunderland, the Hammers run of form has led to cautious confidence Moyes is capable of rebuilding not only his, but United's reputation.

"I think I'm capable of doing the job at any club in the world so I am sure I can do it at West Ham," the Scot said.

"I have come here to show I can do it," he added. "You have to come and show what you can do. Your reputation doesn't stand for anything.

"You have to come here and try to get up and show you're capable of doing the job."

Moyes' appointment at West Ham was largely met with apathy as he took over with the club languishing in the relegation zone.

One point from his first three games - a run which included a 4-0 loss at former club Everton - did little to suggest he would be capable of breathing new life into United.

His tenure at Manchester United, which lasted just 10 months, was followed by a ill-fated sojourn to Spain where his Sociedad reign lasted 42 games.

Moyes then led Sunderland to relegation as the Black Cats finished rock bottom of the table after taking just 24 points all season.

His time in charge of Everton provides the greatest evidence to support Moyes' claim and he was named LMA Manager of the Year on three occasions in his 11-years at Goodison Park.

The Hammers will look to continue their revival under Moyes against Newcastle United on Saturday.
