LEYTON FC can be a force in Ryman one north, according to the boss of the Lilywhites.
That is after Wilson Frimpong watched his side go behind against Waltham Abbey FC, last weekend.
The game eventually ended 2-2, after Leyton’s James Hamsher had spurned a golden chance to score a late winner.
“We are still learning,” insisted Frimpong. “We have a young side, so we are going in front against teams, but we cannot finish them off.
“But practice makes perfect. I think we will definitely be strong in the second half of the season, the early season is a learning curve."
Next up is winless Great Wakering Rovers at home, this Saturday.
“It’s another home game that we need to be looking to win,” he said.
“I’m just going to go into the game on Saturday looking for another decent display.”
