Former Leyton Orient defender Sean Clohessy has joined former teammate and new Leatherhead boss Sammy Moore at the Ryman League Premier Division side.
The right-back played for the O's for the 2015-16 season before he was released last Summer.
Former AFC Wimbledon player Jack Midson has also signed on at Fetcham Grove for the 2017-18 campaign.
Moore told the Get Surrey website: "I was at Leyton Orient last season and the Leatherhead chairman got in touch and it was too good of an opportunity to turn down.
"Playing wise, I've had a good career and I intend to carry on playing for Leatherhead. I've always had a burning desire to be player-manager and the time was right so I wanted to give it a go. Hopefully my experience of playing at the top level should stand me in good stead.
"Age is just a number. I'm still going to carry on playing but I want to have an effect on the other side of it. I've played under some good managers that I've learnt from and I've got good contacts in the Football League. I feel like I've got a lot to bring to Leatherhead and I can't wait to get started. The hard work starts now.”
