Leyton Orient's winding-up hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice will not be heard before 10:30am on Monday.

Centre Circle Events Management took over the petition from HMRC from the last court date on March 20.

Owner Francesco Becchetti paid off the initial debt to HMRC in what was believed to be around £125,000 to £250,000.

However, it is now understood the Italian has settled the outstanding club debts and will appeal for the dismissal of the petition in three days time.

But his future plans still remain unclear and the battle is still evident off the pitch.

Pre-season is still yet to be confirmed and season tickets for the 2017/18 campaign have not been released.

The O's will be the 30th case heard by the judge in Court 12 on the second floor in the Bankruptcy and Companies Court.
