Ruel Sotiriou and Hector Kyprianou have received international call-ups from Cyprus under-21s and under-19s respectively.
The Leyton Orient duo will miss the Leasing.com Trophy tie with AFC Wimbledon tonight as a result.
Sotiriou currently has two caps for the under-21s and was on the scoresheet during the last international break, opening the scoring in a 5-1 defeat against the Netherlands.
The under-21s first face a friendly game against Cypriot First Division side Doxa Katokopias on Thursday before going up against Belarus in a UEFA Euro under-21 Championship qualifier on October 15.
The under-19s, meanwhile, take on North Macedonia in a double header, firstly on Saturday and then again next Monday.
