Leyton Orient will make the trip to Bristol Rovers in the second round of the Leasing.com Trophy.
The O's successfully navigated the group stage of the competition, finishing second in Southern Group C behind Brighton & Hove Albion under-21s. The group also contained League One sides AFC Wimbledon and Southend United.
Further details of the Rovers tie are yet to be confirmed.
