Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade has admitted his squad will work harder after their limp defeat at Bournemouth.

The O's produced their most disappointing performance of the season on Saturday as they failed to muster a decent effort on target. Slade believes the only way to improve their form on the pitch is by hard graft ahead of tomorrow's rearranged home game with Hartlepool United.

Slade said: "We will start nice and early in the mornings and we'll go and put it right on the training ground.

"We'll be starting Monday. We need a break really, we had a game last Tuesday and we've done our schedule so I'm not one to spit my dummy out that way.

"But what I am is somebody that will work harder if things are not right. We will start earlier and will work harder and it will be all on the training ground and on the pitch."
