Tom Cunningham has stepped down as the chairman of Harlow Town with immediate effect.
He will retain his role as director of football and the ownership of the club will remain unchanged, but the chairman role as been taken over by Chris Ottaway, who recently held the same role at Epping Town.
Chief executive Tim Sewell told the club website: “We are delighted that Chris and his partner Lou will have immediate formal involvement with the football club that they have supported for some time now.
“We look forward to working with them and extend a very warm welcome to them.”
