TOTTENHAM midfielder Giovani Dos Santos' decision to join Spurs may have surprised a few people, although he believes his fan club in Mexico will still follow him to London.
The 19-year-old playmaker believes his arrival at White Hart Lane will spark interest about the club in his homeland.
He said: "In Mexico people at the moment are talking about Chelsea and Manchester United, because they are the teams at the top of the table, but I will try to get people talking about Tottenham now that I am, I can guarantee that.
The player was also recently asked what he knew of his new employees before signed from Barcelona at the end of last season.
''Everyone knows they are one of England's biggest clubs with a history of trophies and great players," he told the October issue of FourFourTwo.
"Apart from that I knew they were based in London.”
