Borussia Dortmund’s Mario Gotze could be set for a move to England, with West Ham reportedly interested in bringing the German international to the Premier League this summer.

The Hammers are one of three Premier League clubs interested in signing the 26-year-old, with Arsenal and Everton also keen on the midfielder. Gotze is also thought to be attracting interest from Marseille and Valencia as well.

Dortmund want to recoup most of the £22m fee that they paid Bayern Munich for Gotze according to reports, with the 26-year-old surprisingly missing out on Germany’s World Cup squad this summer.

The midfielder returned to Dortmund in 2016 after falling out of favour at Munich and he made 32 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring twice.

Gotze was once touted as one of Germany’s brightest young prospects and scored the winner in the World Cup final in 2014 in Brazil.

However, he has struggled to retain the form that saw him link up with Pep Guardiola at Bayern Munich in 2013 and Arsenal, Everton and West Ham are all reportedly keen on bringing Gotze to the Premier League.
