WEST HAM are reportedly still keen on landing Ghana Skipper Stephen Appiah, despite the transfer deadline passing.
The former Juventus midfielder can move as a free agent after negotiating his exit from Turkish club Fenerbahce.
And, according to reports, the east Londoners have offered the 27-year-old a £40,000, three-year deal.
But they face competition from a number of clubs in Italy, Spain and England who are keen to snap up the 27-year-old Appiah is thought to be weighing up his options before making a decision.
