Freddie Sears has joined League One side Colchester United on a one month loan deal.
The Hammers youngster has made 12 appearances for the first team this season but following the arrival of a number of new faces in the January transfer window, he has seen his chances limited.
The 22-year-old could make his debut at Yeovil Town tomorrow.
