A REDBRIDGE estate agent is set to appear on top TV property show 'Location, Location, Location' after its star presenters stopped by his office to check out the properties on sale.

Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer paid a flying visit to Petty Son & Prestwich in Woodbine Place, Wanstead, to see what the area has to offer for potential buyers.

John Wagstaff, 40, who bought the 100-year-old independent firm in November 2008, said the pair seemed impressed by what they saw.

He said: "They loved Wanstead and identified a great Victorian house in Herongate Road which they took a look at.

"They went out onto Christchurch Green to do a little filming and took a look around the area.

"They were both really nice, and commented on the traditional look of our office. They seemed quite taken with it."

Mr Wagstaff said he has not heard back from the Channel 4 programme about the property since the visit on Wednesday, February 24 - but has been told the episode should be screened early next year.
