Manuel Lanzini faces a spell on the sidelines: Action Images
West Ham United midfielder Manuel Lanzini could be ruled out for up to six weeks with a quadriceps injury.
The Argentinian suffered the injury in training last week and underwent a scan yesterday. Lanzini will start rehabilitation which could keep him out for the next month and a half.
It is another injury blow for Slaven Bilic with his side already missing key players such as Dimitri Payet and Diafra Sakho.
