West Ham United have reportedly rejected a £4m offer from Newcastle United for star defender James Tomkins.
Newcastle and Spurs have both been linked with moves for the 22-year-old but West Ham do not want to sell him.
Toon boss Alan Pardew knows Tomkins from his time as manager at Upton Park and is keen to be reunited with the centre-back.
