A 63-YEAR-OLD has been accused of causing the death of a cyclist by dangerous driving.
Jonathan Baird, 63, of Margaret Avenue, Chingford, has been charged with killing Frank Mugisha, 41, from Enfield.
He became the fifth cyclist to die on London's roads this year after the collision in Great Cambridge Road, Tottenham, on April 2.
Baird is due to appear before magistrates in Haringey on November 20.
