A 44-year-old man who was stabbed outside a Vietnamese restaurant has been released from hospital.
The man was stabbed at around 5.30am on April 3 outside the Dai Viet restaurant in High Street, Wanstead.
He made his way to Lewisham Hospital in south London where staff alerted police to the incident.
A spokesman for Redbridge police said the man had been released from hospital over the weekend and added that the investigation into the stabbing was ongoing.
A spokeswoman for the Met told the Guardian that the stabbing was being treated as a domestic incident.
