A man has been charged after a toddler's collarbone was broken in an attack at a train station.
Michael Franklin, of Aldriche Way, Highams Park, has been remanded in custody until he appears before magistrates later this week.
The 47-year-old has been charged with racially aggravated assault causing actually bodily harm and racially aggravated assault causing grievous bodily harm after the attack at Highams Park station on Sunday June 23.
Franklin is expected to appear at Thames Magistrates Court later this week but no date has been finalised.
