Mini-gardens inspired by local history have been set up outside Redbridge Central Library.
The tiny green spaces are based on historic places from the borough’s history, and depict everything from farms to grand 18th century country estates and Victorian suburban gardens.
The gardens were created by the library in Clements Road, Ilford, along with pupils from Wanstead High School in Redbridge Lane West and Redbridge Nature Conservation.
The display runs until Saturday, September 28.
