A car chase in Leyton ended with one man being arrested around an hour ago.
Police confirmed the man was arrested after the pursuit, which began in Shernhall Street, Walthamstow.
He then abandoned the vehicle in West End Avenue, Leyton, before he was arrested in a nearby garden.
The Metropolitan Police helicopter assisted ground police locate the man.
