Volunteers are wanted to help clear the wildlife area at Ilford's Valentines Park this Thursday.
The works at the meadow area are designed to encourage the growth of plants there next year.
The clear-up takes place between 10am and 2.30pm.
Volunteers, who must be aged over 16, are asked to meet at 10am by the park entrance in Brisbane Road.
