A lake has overspilled onto the footpath and surrounding area as a result of rising water levels.
Connaught Water in Rangers Road, Chingford, has become flooded as a result of continual rainfall throughout January.
The large lake, created as an amenity in 1881, is a popular destination for dog walkers and nature lovers.
The wet weather throughout January has led to a rise in water levels at the lake, which has resulted in an overspill in the surrounding area.
More rain is expected throughout the night and into the weekend.
There are currently 104 flood alerts and four flood warnings in place across the south-east of England.
