Three people were injured this morning after a taxi crashed into a building at a Loughton junction.
Four people were involved in the collision, which also involved another vehicle, one of whom was trapped in the back seats of the taxi and had to be freed by firefighters.
Three people were taken to Whipps Cross Hospital after the crash at the junction of High Road and Lower Park Road just before 5am.
One person suffered a head injury while two had neck pain.
None of the injuries are thought to be life threatening.
The crash is thought to be the second in 10 days at the junction.
A search and rescue team, along with structural engineers, assessed the building.
