Two Leyton Orient footballers visited a school today to help encourage children to read.
O’s captain Nathan Clark and midfielder Jack Sherratt met students at Aldersbrook Primary School, Harpenden Road, Wanstead.
Dean Gibson, organiser of the event and Parents Support Advisor at the school, said: “Boys especially find it hard to get into reading, so what better inspiration is there than footballers?”
