Police in Waltham Forest have released a CCTV image of a phone thief.
The woman is accused of the theft at Tesco in High Road, Leyton, on June 7 at 3:10pm.
She is said to have stolen a woman's Samsung Galaxy Note II from a her handbag.
The CCTV image has been released to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
