A traffic warden filmed the moment she was racially abused by a driver.
The man is wanted by police in connection with racially aggravated public order offence following the dispute with the parking enforcement officer on October 10.
The warden was patrolling in Millais Road, Leyton, at around 12.30pm, when the man approached and threatened her.
She filmed the entire incident on her bodycam, including the moment he calls her a "stupid f****** African b****" and said: "I am going to beat you up".
The CCTV has been passed to the Guardian as part of a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police to identify potential perpetrators of unsolved crimes in the borough.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Waltham Forest police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
