A MAGICIAN conjured up a performance at the House of Lords where he amazed guests with an array of tricks.
Tommy Moss, 64, of Connaught Avenue, Chingford, was invited to showcase his skills at Britain's second legislative chamber on his birthday, January 29.
The magician, who was admitted into The Magic Circle last December, has the confidence to perform in front of anyone.
He said: "I wouldn't mind doing card tricks for the Prime Minister or the Queen at Buckingham Palace, but I am able to put on a show for anybody."
The function was arranged by former Bank of England governor Lord Kingsdown and the International Safety Panel.
After the show, Mr Moss wanted to put photographs of the performance on his website but he was told it was against House of Lords regulations.
