The impact of the First World War will be recognised as part of a World Mental Health day event.
People are invited to take part in the global annual celebration at Gnome House in Blackhorse Lane, Walthamstow on Saturday (October 10).
The event includes art exhibitions and poppy-making workshops to commemorate the role the First World War had on understanding the impact of mental health.
It will also include yoga sessions and an opportunity to meet representatives from organisations supporting people living with a mental health condition.
The free event begins at 1pm and 5pm.
