TEN men are wanted for questioning by police after a man was attacked in Walthamstow.
A 19-year-old man who had been out with friends was assaulted on September 27 at around 1am in Hoe Street.
Whilst in The Goose Pub the victim got into a verbal altercation with a group of men.
When he later left and was on Hoe Street heading towards McDonalds, he was attacked by a group of approximately seven to eight men.
The group kicked the victim to the floor and continued to repeatedly kick him causing cuts and bruising.
Luckily, something disturbed the group and they fled the scene.
The victim then made his way home with friends and contacted police later that day.
Detectives from Waltham Forest CID are investing and they believe that two other people were also attacked during the incident.
They are keen to trace and speak with them.
There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
