ONE man has been charged with the murder of a Polish national after a body was found by Walthamstow reservoir.
Kamil Czarnomski, 23, of no fixed abode will appear at Barkingside Magistrates court today, charged with murder of 35-year-old Pawel Chwalinski.
The three other men arrested have been released from custody, after each accepted a caution for theft.
One man who was on bail after being arrested on suspicion of murder, aged 44, has been released with no further action.
A 28-year-old man remains on bail pending further enquiries retuning on a date in early December.
