Loughton library has been forced to close today (54213035)
A ‘major’ power failure has forced a library to close for the day.
Loughton library in Traps Hill has closed after the failure today (January 29), with a notice posted on the official Twitter feed of Essex County Council libraries.
It is not yet known if the power cut will affect the library’s opening tomorrow.
On Saturdays, normal opening hours are between 9am and 5pm.
