An anti-social biker using false plates to escape the law is putting people in danger, Essex Police has warned.
The police are appealing to the public to identify the rider, who was caught on a speed camera in Lambourne Road, Chigwell, on April 18.
The photograph was released alongside others from around the county which show bikers doing ‘wheelies’ and breaking the speed limit.
Officer Adam Pipe said: “These offenders blight the communities of Essex.
“Their actions result in high risk of harm to themselves and other innocent road users and we can’t allow them to continue using our roads in this way.
“We receive numerous reports of anti-social riding from members of the public who are understandably frustrated about the impact this behaviour is having on their community life.”
Anyone who recognises the bikes and knows who is riding them should email driving.complaints@essex.pnn.police.uk.
