The 45-year-old was arrested on January 24 after the three breaks in happened in Ilford, Goodmayes, and Seven Kings on December 12 and 13 last year.
The first took place in Lynford Gardens, Goodmayes, at around 8am on December 12.
A 62-year-old’s home was broken into and a dangerous chemical police believe to believe to be ammonia was sprayed in her face.
At around 10pm in Green Lane, Ilford, a 30-year-old was also broken into.
Just 40 minutes later another pensioner in Westwood Road, Seven Kings, was burgled while she was sleeping and then attacked.
