A PERVERT who filmed up women’s skirts on the Tube will be deported after a four month spell in jail.

Aaron Lal, of Dangan Road, Wanstead, was convicted of five counts of outraging public decency at Westminster Magistrates’ Court yesterday (March 6).

The 32-year-old was arrested on October 18 last year after a passenger reported him to the police for filming up a woman’s skirt on the Victoria Line in July.

After an investigation by British Transport Police, officers found more footage Lal had taken filming up women’s skirts on trains between June and October last year.

Lal will be deported after his four-month stint in prison with no hope of returning to the UK.

He will also be subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order that bans him from having any camera or video devices or ones that can access the Internet without registering them with police first.

He was also slapped with a £115 fine.

British Transport Police Sergeant Dan Rushall said: “I am really pleased that this multiple offender has been brought to justice. Behaviour like this will never be tolerated on the transport network and I urge people to report any unwanted sexual behaviour to us so people like Lal can be brought to justice.”
